I'm not a BDR (im demand gen) but have been acting in that ai bdr role for the last 6 weeks for a sales competition. Ive been using clay and hubspot primarily. Im now tasked with building out the entire ai outbound function and will look into heyreach and trigify for it too. I would do it for 5k for part time especially if the infrastructure was already built. Its so fun. Consider if they would get bonuses for meetings held or closed too? i actually havent met a bdr that knows or has interest in using those tools independently yet. I just build it all for them. So if you did find one it may be rare enough that they cost more and need to be poached
It depends a lot on the ACV but honeslty I would automate emails + linkedin and make the BDR to cold call only
