Email Sending in Clay + Gong Integration

The Clay + Gong integration requires you to specify a fixed Prospect Owner email when setting up flows. This means:

• Emails are sent from a single, predetermined flow owner (the Gong Engage user who owns the flow instance)
• The flow owner is not necessarily the contact's actual owner in your CRM
• Dynamic email assignment based on contact ownership is not supported

How It Works

Once prospects are added to the flow using CRM IDs, Gong's system handles email sending based on your flow configuration.
