Alternatively, use "Search with AI" in Find Companies and describe companies that "process PHI/PII data" or "handle protected health information". To get simple yes/no responses instead of lengthy AI summaries, add another "Summarize with AI" column with a specific prompt like "Return only 'Yes' or 'No' based on [your criteria]. Do not include explanations or additional text" or add "Response format: Single word only" to your original prompt.
