Quick Answer

When you create [clay.com](https://www.clay.com/changelog/2025-03-28) in Clay, you control their visibility through sharing permissions. Templates are private by default - [clay.com](https://www.clay.com/university/guide/workbook-table-sharing-guide?c354c4e8_page=2.) To change visibility: • Make public: Click "Turn on sharing" to create a shareable link for other Clay users • Share with specific people: Enter [documentation](https://docs.clay.com/en/articles/9641875-share-table-as-a-template) • Turn off sharing: Click "Turn off sharing" to make templates private again You set these permissions
