Clay currently doesn't support ranking across multiple rows, so direct ranking isn't possible. As a workaround, add a Formula column and use the AI Formula Generator with the prompt "Rank people by engagement score within each company, where 1 = highest engagement score in that company, 2 = second highest, etc." Use / to reference your engagement and company columns. Alternatively, use a "Use AI" column or Formula column to classify engagement levels (Low/Medium/High) based on thresholds, then filter by company to analyze the highest performers.
How can I create a ranking column that shows each person's engagement rank within their company?
