What bugs are in Instantly? I use it, and the only thing I don't like is the phone app doesn't give me instant notifs

Instantly bugs: Initially the reporting was off, then I couldn't add more users, then the users didn't see the success metrics of the campaigns and now all “done for you” emails were deactivated by Google and it took them 2 days to diagnose the issue - so our system won't be working for several days given we need to create new accounts now and warm them up… it's been a very unpleasant experience with very poor customer support unfortunately

[user] the emailbison team member I spoke to was phenomenal - very well educated on the space and knowledgable about their product - however it is quite costly ~$500 a month with significantly less features than instantly but they're claiming higher deliverability. If I were an agency or sending >1k emails a day I would certainly go with them. Given outbound is not our companies focus I am still continuing my search for an alternative. Scheduled a call with plusvibe.. But, dont have any other great options to consider currently!
