Your ZoomInfo account needs API access enabled first - if you're using SSO or don't have API access, contact ZoomInfo support to get it enabled. In Clay, you can connect two ways: (

  1. From a table, click "Add enrichment", search for ZoomInfo, select a ZoomInfo option under Integrations, then click "+ Add account" to authenticate, or (

  2. Go to Settings > Connections, click "+ Add connection", search for ZoomInfo and follow authentication steps. Clay connects through ZoomInfo's API using standard username/password credentials, not SSO authentication. Once connected, you can use ZoomInfo to enrich companies with revenue, competitors, and hierarchy data, or enrich contacts using email or name + company. References: clay.com and clay.com
