How can I find people who left a specific company in the last 3 years using Clay?

Use Find People with "Include Past Experiences" enabled to search by the company's LinkedIn URL, but note that this only returns current position data in the results. To get complete work history with start/end dates for filtering, you'll need to enrich the profiles after the initial search. Use either the "Enrich Person from Profile" enrichment or the Icypeas Profile Scraper integration, both of which will pull full LinkedIn profile data including all past positions with dates. Once you have the complete work history, filter the end date column to show only people who left after your target date (e.g., 2022-01-01 for the last 3 years).
