Clay offers Scheduling that can automate column runs on daily, weekly, or monthly basis (clay.com), but for sequential batching you can run each batch in separate columns using "Only run if" conditions that depend on the previous batch completing. Set up Column 2 to only run after Column 1 finishes, then write all results to a joined column after every batch concludes. You can also try Sculptor (Clay's built-in AI tool in the top-right corner) which is free and might help automate your specific batching workflow.
