Hey folks :wave: I am trying to run a workflow where I search for C-level execs first, and if results are less than X, fall back to VP / Director / Head roles. I tried:
• Checking result count via People Update Search, but there’s no conditional run option
• Creating a filtered view from the first search and running a second People Search, results aren’t reliable
Is there a recommended workaround or native pattern to handle people search fallback logic?

Checked with sculptor and manually- not able to perform people search with custom waterfalls

Hey Harsh, The workaround here is to set this up as two separate Find People enrichments in the same table, then gate the second one with a run condition. Here’s the pattern: 1. Add your first Find People (C-level) from the enrichment panel (search “find contact” / Find People).
2. Set it to Save results in this table, and run it with your C-level title filters.
3. Add a second Find People enrichment for your fallback titles (VP / Director / Head).
4. Open the second enrichment’s Run settings and set Don’t run unless so it only runs when your first search didn’t return enough results. This gives you the fallback behavior without relying on filtered views or People Update Search for conditional logic. Let me know if you have more questions.
