We are looking to enrich 2MN records to find the email addresses against them

Hello team, We are looking to enrich 2MN records to find the email addresses against them. I have following questions related to the same:
1. Data Import: 
    a. Our source will be BQ from where we wish to import these records into Clay. As I understand from the integration document, Clay doesn't support BQ integration, hence I want to understand how can I import the file efficiently?
    b. Alternate option is, if we can import the data via webhook from our data vendor? Can this be an option?
    c. If point 2 is a feasible option, can Clay handle 2MN records in a single table for enrichment?
2. Data Export: 
    a. Are there any other efficient methods of exporting the enriched records other than CSVs?
    b. Our preference destination for the enriched records, will also be BQ, how can we export the records into BQ?
Additionally, what is the maximum number of rows a Clay table can handle?
Do you suggest any other ways how we can go about finding the email addresses at this scale with Clay?

Hey [user] - Clay can only handle 50K records per table. When you say enrichment, what information are you trying to enrich?
